Site visit
A physical visit by an EU-accredited verifier to the installation, required in the first verified year under CBAM.
The site visit is required for the first verification of each installation. In later years, remote verification is permitted. CBAMWorks batches first-year visits by cluster (e.g. Ludhiana forgings) so travel cost is split across many installations.
